First off, let me just say how much I appreciate you for checking in, refreshing the blog, and patiently waiting for new content. It means more than I can put into words. Seriously, knowing you’re out there looking forward to my next posts keeps me going—even during the chaos that is December.
And oh, what chaos it’s been! Between juggling the usual year-end madness and prepping for a move (because, of course, I thought now was the perfect time), I’ve barely had a moment to sit still. But rest assured, the creative wheels are still turning, and I’ve got some updates you’ll want to share.
The next three chapters of The Descend? Done. Finished. Wrapped up and ready to go. I can’t wait for you to read them—they’re some of my favorite scenes yet. There’s intrigue, tension, and just the right amount of heat to keep the story flowing. But with everything going on, I haven’t had an abundance of time to get them polished and posted. They’ll drop in January, though, and I promise they’ll be worth the wait.
In the meantime, I’ve been capturing some photos here and there—think of it as planting seeds for what I hope will be a fruitful and massive dump (the good kind, of course). I can’t wait to share it all with you soon.
So, while the blog might be quiet for just a little longer, know that I’m gearing up for a creative reset. January is going to be a big one, and I’m ready to dive back in with fresh energy, new stories, and maybe a surprise or two.
Until then, I hope you have an amazing holiday season. Stay warm, stay safe, and don’t forget to take a moment to savor the little things. Thanks for riding with me—always.
See you in January.
With love and just a little chaos,
Connie
